The registration system for the 1st Menahra Regional Conference is now open, and the Delegate Fees have been announced. To register for the conference, please click on the link below, which will take you to the simple and secure online system. |

When you first visit the online registration system, you will be asked to create a new ‘user account’. In order to do this, you will be asked to provide some basic details. You will also be asked to choose a ‘user name’ and password in order to gain access to the system in the future. The 'user account' allow you to submit abstracts for the conference, request letters of invitation for visa purposes, and to keep up-to-date with the latest information via the conference newsletter. |

In applying to the scholarship, kindly provide us with all necessary information, such as information about your current work, your involvement in Harm Reduction, what added value you can bring to the conference and any other information that would help with your selection. All the information you provide will be treated with strict confidentiality. Application Process Deadline: Scholarship applications must be received no later than September 30, 2009. Any applications received after that date will not be considered. Click here to fill out the Scholarship Application Form Unfortunately, MENAHRA will never be able to meet the large demand for scholarships, so we strongly recommend that those seeking support to attend the conference approach their regional and national UN offices, NGOs, governments and other potential funders.
